He came after it settled and answered questions I had and came again and programmed the garage door and pad so it would be different than before. I could never have done that! Nate assisted my family with a relocation from Arizona to Oregon. Being out of state, I expected the buying process to be difficult and to take extra time. This was not the case. I advised Nate that we were looking in mid-August and by the mid-September we were under contract on our new home. We hadonly one trip planned to house hunt so we told Nate our needs and we were able to find the house we wanted in one trip. He made good use of our time and we were able to view 8-9 properties in just over 2 hours. Before the trip, we found a few properties that we were interested in. Nate happily went out to the properties and took video for us since we could not view ourselves. Nate made good use of technology to get documents signed as well. We were able to sign all documents on our mobile phones which was helpful since we were on the go a lot during that time. I decided to start my first time through the home buying process spring of 2020 - without a realtor and was matched up with Nate via zillow. We met at a property I was interested in, and right from the beginning Nate responsive, asked questions to get a better understanding of my desires and needs, as well as sharing information with me regarding some of the more complex things of what to look for while touring properties. From the beginning I made clear that although I was ready to purchase, I also am the type of person and buyer that tends to analyze big decisions, so I wasn't sure if this process would take days, months, or years. I did have a timeline of moving within the next several months in mind, but also knew that this process contains a lot of things outside of my control. Throughout the process, Nate stayed true to the things that I was looking for. As we explored properties - he continued to offer great perspective about building equity, location, and how homes fit within my needs. I was vigilantly looking at local listings, and Nate was helpful by always being available for me to go look at houses, as well as finding additional properties that met my criteria to my list of prospective properties. As we continued this process through a particularly aggressive buying period, Nate continued to be patient and persistent with me. We put in several competitive offers, however because of the market conditions were not able to secure a deal for some time.
